Overview
Crypto Security Alerts is an RSS-based dashboard that displays publicly available articles about cryptocurrency and cyber security. The app is designed to read RSS feeds, filter article metadata, and present matching links.
Information We Process
The app processes RSS feed data such as article titles, summaries, source names, publication dates, categories, and article URLs. The app does not require user accounts, payment information, or profile information.
Local Usage
When run locally, article filtering and display happen on your machine. Search text and display preferences are used in the browser session to update the page and are not intentionally sent to Kwistech.
Third-Party Sources
Opening an article sends you to a third-party publisher. Those publishers may collect data under their own privacy policies. Crypto Security Alerts does not control third-party websites, RSS feeds, or publisher tracking practices.
Server Logs
If this app is hosted on a server, standard technical logs may be created by the hosting environment, such as IP address, request time, browser type, requested URL, and error information. These logs are used for security, troubleshooting, and service operation.
Cookies and Analytics
The current app does not use cookies, user accounts, or built-in analytics tracking. If analytics or authentication are added later, this policy should be updated before those features are enabled.
Security
Reasonable technical safeguards should be used when hosting the app, including HTTPS, dependency updates, and access controls for server infrastructure. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
